Isn't it awesome! It basically tells you what to do every week. You can change it up of course. As you can see, right now we should be doing cherry and chocolate. Buuuuuut, I just barely got cake batter oreos. So I'm kind of switching it and making it be birthday cake oreos this week.

Actually, I'm doing birthday cake oreo treats all week!

First up, birthday cake oreo cookie butter!

It's totally delicious. And addictive. And chocolatey. And cake-batter-y. And oreo-y. And totally completely delicious in every way. (Read:This is super good stuff people! Go make it right now and eat it with a spoon!)

Birthday Cake Oreo Cookie Butter
Imagine biscoff turned into oreo butter. Now make that 1000x better by using birthday cake oreos!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Birthday Cake Oreo Cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup cake mix (I actually used a little less than this)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
Directions: Combine oreo crumbs and coconut oil in a blender or food processor (I simply used a mason jar attached to my blender base, like I did for this recipe) until smooth. The coconut oil will heat while blending, so it will turn into a liquid. Let the butter rest for a few hours before using in a cookie recipe. Overnight is really best if you have the time. Don't put it in the refrigerator-- it will become solid. Once the consistency is similar to peanut butter, it's ready to use! The Oreo butter will be gritty, but that's okay! It's still super tasty. If you make it into cookies like peanut butter cookies, you probably won't be able to tell.

By the way, I think I might start posting with my own photos soon! Nothing's set in stone, but there's a pretty good chance! You have no idea how hard it is to find a photo that matched this recipe! It's just so creative, there was nothing that looked like it. The photo I have doesn't even look like it! It came from Angie River Show. She made cake batter cookies stuffed with oreos that look totally delish! But in actuality, my photo looks like your regular oreo butter, but with sprinkles.
